A Gift Card is a wonderful thing.  It is the perfect way to give a gift to someone in such a way that the recipient gets to choose exactly what they want.  It is the easiest way to create a Win-Win scenario for both the giver and the recipient.  ShowMyHobby will eventually have tons of different hobby related items for a recipient to choose from.  At the moment, two hobbies are concentrated on the most: Model Railroading and Christmas Ornaments.  We have a fine selection of these items available and inventory that exceeds over 5000 items.  It is taking quite a while to list all of the items and it may take many more years before we do get them all listed.  In the meantime, we have enough selection that a hobbyist in either or these 2 fields will easily find something they like.

The ShowMyHobby.com Gift Card can only be redeemed by purchasing items directly from one of the ShowMyHobby.com websites.  Our inventory appears on eBay as well and may soon start appearing on Facebook and Amazon.  You may be able to purchase the gift card via other platforms, but it can only be redeemed through purchases made directly through our website.

If you wish to make an avid Model Railroader or Ornament Collector happy, select an amount or enter an amount, and send them one of our gift cards.  They will receive the gift card electronically by email so you need to know the recipient Name and Email address.  When they receive it, they will be given instructions on where and how to redeem it.  View our other listings to get an idea of the wonderful things that we offer and check back often because items are added frequently and many items sell-out fast.  A lot of our items are unique or we only have a limited quantity of them and once they are gone, they are gone.  Most of our items have been in storage for over 25 years and are real nice pieces in great shape.  During that time, most of them have become valuable collectibles.  Practically all of the ornaments are new.  Many of the model railroad train items are new too.  Items may have been opened to photograph or test them.  We indicate if they have been on every listing.

When considering an amount, keep in mind that tax and shipping charges are typically involved when one places an order so to keep the recipient happy, it is suggested that you consider between $8 and $15 for the average shipping charges and about 8% as the average tax rate across America.  For instance, if you think your recipient might like an item that we have listed for $20, you might wish to give them $30 ($20 * 8% = $21.60 + $8 = $29.60.  Round this up to an even number = $30).  Your recipient will thank you very much.

ShowMyHobby Gift Cards are good for Ninety (90) days.  They are non-refundable.   We believe that most recipients will utilize a ShowMyHobby Gift Card they receive within 36 hours after receiving one.
