This NYC Coal Hopper Car is brand new and was only opened to take pictures. It is a combination of die-cast metal and injection molded plastic. The car has operating knuckle couplers and simulated coal load. It is Brown with White lettering. This would be a great addition to any New York Central modeler’s layout or collection. The road numbers are crisp, and the detailing is good. This car comes in its original box which is starting to show signs of compression being packed with other odd shaped items on top of it and beneath it.
